Giancarlo Gioacchini

Giancarlo Gioacchini graduated in Chemical Engineering at Milan Polytechnics in 1974. After graduation, he joined Tecnimont S.p.A. (MONTEDISON Group) working mostly in the Safety & Environmental Protection Dept. that he directed since 1987. On September 2001 he founded AESSEQ. Qualifications: Registered at the Milan Order of Engineers since 1985. Member of the Environmental Acoustics Technicians Regional Register (Lombardy) since 2003. Registered Fire Protection Engineer (code MI-14223I01089). Lead Auditor for HSEQ Management Systems (ISO 9001/14001 and OHSAS 18001) and Compliance Program Supervisory Bodies (Italian Decree 8 June 2001, n. 231). Coordinator of Prevention and Protection Services for several organizations (industrial and services sectors). He has prepared Safety Reports for various Seveso sites. Author of several publications, holds seminars and courses in the HSE matters.
Giuseppe Puglisi
IT & Security Senior Specialist
Giuseppe Puglisi graduated in Computer science at the University of Milan. Has been working as a SW developer and is a specialist in computer data security. He is responsible for IT Security & Software Development in AESSEQ. Oversees the preparation of documents that companies must provide by law to comply with national rules and the new European Regulation on data protection. The EU Regulation will become effective as of early 2014 and will require, among others, the appointment of a Privacy Officer and the obligation to provide an internal Data Protection Regulation consistent with ISO/IEC 27000 standard series.
Davide Bernasconi
Senior HSE Specialist
Davide Bernasconi graduated in environmental engineering in 2005. He started his experience at Exide, Bergamo (a Seveso site) as HSE Officer coordinating the Company’s Safety Management System and wastes handling. In 2006 he became Responsible for the Preventive and Protective Service at Chemlog, Milan (Azelis Group, a leading distributor of specialty chemicals), where he held also the role of Quality Officer. Since 2010 is HSE specialist with Campoverde Srl, Milan a consultant in HSE matters firm. From 2011 he started full-time cooperation with AESSEQ, leading projects related to integrated HSEQ management systems, risk assessment reports, permit applications, field measurements (occupational noise, vibrations, electromagnetic fields) and the design of fire prevention and protection systems.
